Hey Rosey is a small 20 seater wine bar (hole in the wall barely 3m wide), that aims to provide a list with a focus on bringing some international, fun and funky, and a small selection of up and coming local producers to the region.
Backing up the drink offering is a menu of small plates/wine food from Hugh Piper, whose experience includes head chef at 'Dear St Eloise'.
Hugh is working with a range of local producers to offer a menu highlighting the region, as well as bringing a range of international cheese/cured meat/tinned seafood options.
All this is put together without the use of a conventional kitchen, so both the 'kitchen' and the 'bar' all operate off one long (5m) bench with seating along.
