The Hotel Canobolas will host the second edition of its annual festival, celebrating the best of the region's raw produce and sparkling wines in the Summer Street Bar and Dining Room on Level 1.

The event will feature plates by Chefs Joel Bickford and Danny Corbett, a wine masterclass with Will Gilbert, live entertainment, and a showcase of some of Central West's best wine and raw produce.
